MPI Statistical Programmes
Continuing with the practice from the previous years, HDRO is making public the statistical programs used in the calculation of the 2022 Multidimensional Poverty Index for a large selection of countries. The files below have .do extension and can be run in the statistical software Stata. They can also be opened by any text processor such as WordPad or NotePad. In addition, the programs are available, upon request, for a number of countries for which the MPI is based on the national survey. http://hdr.undp.org/en/content/contact
MPI statistical programs are also presented in R software for four selected countries (Benin, Congo, India and Iraq). We expect to increase the availability of R programs in the future, in the meantime, we welcome feedback from the users.
